Do you want to use the Dial-up Adapter or not
Check this if you do not want to use a dial up adapter for connecting to your FTP site. If you check the button below that, then you can select your dial-up adapter to be used by MBM 5 for the FTP transfer. If you get "not turned on" in the list box then this mean you have not turned RAS support on; go to the General - Advanced tab to turn this option on.
Please make sure that your dial-up adapter is configured to save the password, else MBM 5 cannot use it to make a connection
FTP Server
Enter your FTP server in here: ftp.servername.com for example
Directory on Server (if no dir change is needed then leave this empty, and use forward slashes (/) when you go down more than 1 dir)
If you want the files to be placed in a specific directory then enter it here, if you don't want this then leave this blank (not even a space !). if you just want to go 1 directory deep then simply enter it. If you want to go more then 1 directory deep then make sure you use forward slashes (unix servers anyway, not sure about windows servers) like this: maidir/subdir or maindir/subdir/
FTP User ID
The user ID to get onto the FTP site, if you want to log in anonymous then enter anonymous
FTP Password
The Password to get onto your FTP site, if you want to log in anonymous then by convention this requires the user's EMail address
Passive FTP
Check this is your FTP server can only handle Passive FTP transfers
Test current FTP settings (give it a little time; button responds again once the test is finished)
If you press this button you can select a file you want to FTP to the above site, if after a while the button responds again then the code has finsihed and you can check on your FTP site if the file arrived
